Any ticket enquiries you need to go to the ticket agent where you bought your tickets, this information will be on the confrimation email you received for your ticket purchase.

If it was from this website then you bought either through See Tickets or Gigantic.

If you are wondering about Poland offer, it is now closed to applications. All those who were successful have been contacted via email.

If your tickets will not reach you by post either because you are abroad or because there is not enough time the ticket agent will deal with this automatically and notify you to collect your ticket fromt he box office. The box office is situated at the main entrance to the festival.

Box Office opening times are:

Thursday               1.30pm – 10pm  (Campsite opens @ 3pm)

Friday                    10am  – 12am

Saturday              9.30 am– 9pm

Sunday                 9.30 am– 9pm

Please note if you are a Rock Royalty customer and need to collect tickets you will need to collect them from the Rock Royalty entrance which is situated off Junc 8 of the A1 ( M) the opening times for this will be the same as the main box office.
